Once you have connected your Zendesk account, you can easily import your customer support data to get started analyzing the results. DataHero imports the following reports: All Unarchived Tickets, Ticket Response Metrics, and various Views depending on how your account is set up.
The All Unarchived Tickets report and the View reports include information such as ticket ID, created and update dates, status, and requester and assignee information.
The Ticket Response Metrics report includes ticket ID, time to first reply, wait times, and date solved.
